Chris Crawford is currently working as the TMDL coordinator (Total Maximum Daily Load) with Department of Planning and Natural Resources, United States Virgin Islands (USVI). He has received a M.U.P. degree from the University at Buffalo and a Ph.D. from UMASS-Boston. He has served as an assistant professor of environmental planning at the University at Buffalo. He is the author of a number of academic papers and professional reports. His interests are in the use (and misuse) of spatial technologies in the environmental planning and management field. His current work focuses on the design of spatial indicators for management use in the East End Marine Park on St. Croix, USVI.
